Purnima Hammered Aluminium Bowl Set of Two
antique silver cast aluminium, handmade
Two free-form bowls cast in aluminium, each with a wavy, uneven rim and a hammered surface of deep dimples inside and out. The dimples are darkened and the raised metal is polished back to an antique silver, so the texture reads clearly across a room. Each bowl stands on three small cast feet. The large bowl and the smaller scalloped bowl sit well together as a centrepiece on a dining table, console or coffee table, or apart on shelves and in hotel rooms. Sand cast and hand finished in our Moradabad workshop, so every piece varies slightly.
